World renowned trumpeter Chris Botti collaborated with us on our third album entitled “Browns in Blue.” Here we play an arrangement made by Jeffrey Shumway of American in Paris, Home Blues. Chris was quite a gem to work with. He stayed enormously late in order to get the collaboration perfected to a level that we would all be proud of. On breaks he shared stories about touring with Sting. To this day we remember him telling us if you were even a minute late in the morning with the tour buses leaving, the whole entourage would leave; leaving you to find your own way to the next concert venue. Oh how we are always late on those mornings.
