Outside the Music
This is such a great idea! You need to have something for those of us who don’t fit into the 8-18 age group though. My wife and I would love to attend something like this…and she even promises not to complain during practice time!! You can call it ‘remedial instruction’ if you like

Actually, you are in luck! We have just extended the application deadline, pending a $15 late-fee, and have opened the festival up to anyone over the age of 8! Since somehow we are just seeing your comment, we could make sure the late fees are removed, if you so choose to attend. Please email 5BrownsPianoFestival@gmail.com for more info. Do you have any idea whether you will be doing this in future years? I was SOOOO excited when I found out that you were doing this, but I will not be able to attend this summer. I also realize that the registration date is long since past for this year, but it would be nice to know. If there will be another festival next year (2012), the deadline would be sometime towards the end of June this year, right?
Actually we are in the middle of updating EVERYTHING in regard to this festival. The dates for 2011 are going to be moved to June and the registration is just about to open up for THIS year (2011). If you can still make it for this year we would love to have you. We will be updating all of this information in February so check back soon!
