Your new CD comes out today, and I'm getting it within the next few days, hurraaaahhhh!!!!

I also wanted to point out that this past Saturday, the 29th, marked a year since I went and saw you guys at your amazing concert with my friends!!!! So,

Also, your surprise is still being worked on, and it'll be a long while before I get it done, but keep thinking about it!

Since you've written to me, my practicing time has increased quite a bit and has become much more intense-at least 1 hour a day, plus 40 minutes of rehearsal time every day, with lots and lots of scales and arpeggios in many styles. (Chromatic, in thirds, etc.)
I'm also grasping onto many, MANY more musical opportunities in the area than I did last year, and so my playing is going to improve A LOT by the end of the school year. I'm also looking into summer music programs that will be more challenging for me to tackle.

I'm telling you this because your words were a big motivation for all of this,
and because of it, my working hard is beginning to pay off.
My "transcendence" is coming true!
